Join us for an intimate baithak of Indian Classical Music by candlelight — an evening of melody, rhythm and quiet connection in an atmosphere designed to bring the audience closer to the music.

The evening begins with Dr. Tara Kannan on vocals, a rising disciple of Pt. Pradeep Natekar, Prof. Ojesh Pratap Singh and Vidushi Pratima Tilak. She will be accompanied by Kishan Prabhu on harmonium and Rigved Deshpande on tabla.

The evening's finale features Pt. Rupak Kulkarni on bansuri, one of India's most distinguished flautists and a senior disciple of the legendary Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia. He will be accompanied by Jasmeet Chana on tabla, a senior disciple of Ut. Sukhvinder Singh Pinky.

Expect an evening of Indian Classical Music in its most intimate form — where the distance between artist and listener disappears, as was originally intended in the olden days of the Indan Subcontinent.
