“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.” - Margaret MeadWhen the outside is in a state of unrest, choosing inner stillness is a peaceful form of protest, and community is our strongest asset. Roll out your mat under gently warming INFRARED lights to stand up to injustice by taking rest during this Radical Rest class led by Krynne. You’ll settle under cozy blankets and pillows for breathwork, gentle stretching, and a guided yoga nidra meditation focused on peace and interconnectedness.
After class, grab a refreshing beverage and stay for an optional community hang in the studio.
All donations will go to GR Rapid Response to ICE to support those who face arrest, detention, or deportation from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
