This Full Moon Circle invites you to connect deeply with yourself and the Moon’s illuminating energy. We begin by exploring the current astrology and its potential influence in your life.
A guided meditation and reflective journaling create space for insight before moving into a powerful Somatic Breathwork Journey designed to release tension and emotion and restore balance. There is optional space to share and be witnessed, and we close with a gratitude ritual.
