Radiant Giver: A Coursework on Identity, Generosity & Self-Sovereign Leadership
About this Event

RADIANT GIVER™: Creating Receptivity & Relational Repair
THIS SESSION OF THE RADIANT GIVER™ COURSEWORK
Live Lab: Creating Receptivity & Relational Repair | Sunday, May 3, 11a-1p
Givers slow down for reflection, relational repair & honest communication. This session focuses on accountability, empathy & reconnection. You’ll leave with tools for navigating conflict without self-abandonment.
This session is part of the Radiant Giver™ pathway.
Radiant Giver™ is a learning and practice space for melanated women and frontline community leaders who have learned to carry more than their share. It exists at the intersection of care, leadership, culture and capacity. This coursework establishes the internal conditions required for ethical leadership: the ability to give from overflow, to say no without rupture and to remain connected to purpose without depletion.

Many participants arrive to this coursework tired, overextended and deeply committed to their communities, families and work. They are often highly skilled, emotionally intelligent and trusted by others, yet rarely resourced in proportion to what they give. Radiant Giver™ is part of the MINDFULRANT Academy™, a learning ecosystem rooted in non-extractive leadership, relational intelligence and sustainable eco-social systems. The Academy and this coursework exists because personal healing organizational health and community transformation cannot be separated.

This work is practiced in the community and participants are supported to integrate learning into their real lives, leadership roles and relationships. Whether you arrive for a single class or remain engaged across seasons, you are entering a living practice space. Radiant Giver™ is grounded in culturally responsive practice and collective care.It honors lived experience, spiritual traditions and community wisdom alongside professional development and systems thinking.

Participants explore how overgiving is shaped by racialized and gendered expectations, faith and service cultures, family systems, professional caregiving roles and community leadership norms. Radiant Giver™ situates burnout and depletion within larger systems vs. the individual and supports participants in redesigning their relationships to work, care and leadership.

DROP-IN & MULTI-CLASS OPTIONS

All Radiant Giver™ and all MINDFULRANT Academy classes are designed to stand alone. You are welcome to attend a single session, return occasionally or move through the full pathway to facilitator certification. For those who choose deeper engagement, the pathway offers a coherent learning arc that builds discernment, capacity and leadership sustainability over time. Participants often discover that what begins as one class becomes a longer relationship with the Academy and its community of practice. The Radiant Giver course and all Academy pathways offer 3 full semesters of rigor (semester=12 weeks).

THIS COURSE IF FOR YOU:

  • Black women leaders and practitioners
  • caregivers and healers
  • organizers and advocates
  • nonprofit and community professionals
  • faith and service leaders
  • anyone navigating chronic overextension

Academy™ is a seasonal learning ecosystem founded by Toni Anderson to support individuals and organizations in cultivating non-extractive leadership and regenerative culture. Space Share Lab serves as the physical and relational hub for this work, hosting learning, practice and community-building across pathways. Academy offers an integrated approach to personal, professional and collective transformation.
