Join Michigan Works! Southwest for the unveiling of the Race to Talent™ Apprenticeship Wall, an interactive resource designed to connect individuals with rewarding careers in apprenticeship occupations.
This special 30-minute event will bring together employers, workforce development partners, educators, and community leaders to celebrate the role of Registered Apprenticeship Programs in building Southwest Michigan's workforce.
The Apprenticeship Wall highlights a variety of apprenticeship opportunities available throughout the region. Each featured trade includes a QR code linking visitors to a short video that provides an overview of the occupation, career pathways, and apprenticeship opportunities, along with an interest form that allows individuals to take the next step toward exploring a career in the skilled trades.
The Race to Talent™ Apprenticeship Wall serves as both a recognition of employer commitment and a tool for inspiring employers. Together, we are showcasing opportunity, promoting apprenticeship, and building the workforce of tomorrow.
