Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 1 December 2026, where we will reflect on the achievements of 2026 and elect the Management Committee for the coming year.
Whether you’re interested in taking on a leadership role, contributing to the profession or helping shape QYL’s events and initiatives, we encourage you to get involved!

� HOW TO NOMINATE
Nominees must be current financial members of QYL. Nominations must be supported by two current financial members, at least one of whom must be a current Executive member.
Additional eligibility requirements apply to Executive positions.

All current financial members are entitled to vote at the AGM. Members unable to attend may appoint a proxy using the form below.
