Assalamu' Alaikum Sisters,
Join us for our fourth annual in-person event celebrating 6 years of Qur'an Ft Soul community! This is a Sisters only Iftar event and this will be held at EMCA Masjid.
Come along for soulful conversations engaging in Taddabur, a wholesome iftar, and meaningful sisterhood.
Qur'an Ft. Soul Book Club: Session 74 - Schedule:
Saturday 7th March 2026
5:00pm - Event Starts - Please arrive promptly
5:15pm - Introductions
5:20pm - Ayahs to discuss: Surah Mumtahanah, Chapter 60 of the Qur'an, Ayah 60:1-13
5:45pm - Iftar
6:00pm - Maghrib Jammah for those who are able to pray + Iftar continues
7:15pm - Event Concludes - Collect your gift bag from us!
The masjid will provide us with food for iftar, but feel free to bring a dish if you wish - we welcome you to bring any starters, mains, snacks, fruits, drinks or any dish to share with the sisters. Thank you.

Our core text book is the Qur'an translation by M.A.S. Abdel Haleem and we encourage everyone to read the Surah in Arabic and not just the English translation.
If you need the translation of the Qur’an we use, DM us on Instagram (@Quranftsoul)for a PDF copy sent to you. 💜 You're also welcome to bring gems from other tafsir and also personal reflections/taddabur if you'd like to share this in the session.
You are welcome to attend even if you haven't read the Surah!
