THURSDAY = QUIZ DAY… but this is Keel’s, so obviously we’re not just going to sit everybody down with a sheet of boring questions. 😂
We’re turning the café into our very own FAMILY GAME SHOW! 🎤🔴🟡🔵
Come along, get into teams, press some buzzers, test your eyes, ears and completely random knowledge and see how you get on!
Expect rounds including…
🎶 NAME THAT DISNEY TUNE!
How quickly can you recognise some of those songs you’ve heard approximately 4,732 times? 😂
👀 SPOT THE DIFFERENCE!
Think you’ve got eagle eyes? Prove it!
🖼️ PICTURE ROUNDS!
Characters, films, familiar faces, strange objects and probably a few things that make you go… “WHAT EVEN IS THAT?!”
🎵 NAME THAT TUNE!
Listen carefully and see who can get there first.
🎬 CHARACTERS, FILMS & TV!
🔴 BUZZER ROUNDS!
🤪 And plenty of other completely random, silly and wonderfully chaotic quiz and game-show fun throughout the day!
You absolutely DO NOT need to be a quiz genius.
This is about joining in, having a laugh, working together and perhaps discovering that your completely useless knowledge of cartoons has finally found its purpose. 😂🏆
Come for an hour or stay for the whole session.
🍽️ LUNCH AROUND 12:30PM
We’ll be serving a basic healthy hot meal for just £1 per child.
Our normal café menu will also be available throughout the day if you’d rather order something else, at the usual menu prices.
🎟️ RAFFLE TICKETS TO BE WON!
Children can earn raffle tickets through joining in and taking part in the games and activities throughout the day.
The more you get involved, the more chances you’ll have to win!
We’ll have Keel’s Caff vouchers and other fun goodies among the prizes. 🏆✨
👨👩👧👦 WHO CAN COME?
Primary-school-aged children should normally attend with an adult.
Children aged 11+ can attend without an adult, and an older sibling aged 11+ may bring a younger brother or sister with them, provided the younger child is aged 5 or over.
Children under 5 will need to attend with a parent or responsible adult.
💛 Family Play & Connect is all about giving families and young people somewhere affordable, welcoming and fun to spend half-term together.
No revision required.
No specialist subjects.
No terrifying quizmaster staring over their glasses at you.
Just teams, buzzers, music, pictures, ridiculous questions and LOTS of fun. 😂❤️
