Quiet Renewal at MassaBerry is a recurring sound series in collaboration with Sturgis Yoga designed to help you slow down and reset.About this Event
Quiet Renewal at MassaBerry is a recurring sound series in collaboration with Sturgis Yoga. It is designed to help you slow down, feel gentle vibrations, and reset. It is a simple, cozy invitation to relax and just be. By showcasing the unique talents of our local practitioners who use different instruments from singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, we create a calming space where you can be present. Each session offers a unique experience, reflecting the individual style, instruments, and approach of that evening's guide.
