Build confidence using QuickBooks to manage everyday business finances. This course is designed for individuals who are comfortable using computers and Windows, have a basic understanding of accounting concepts, and want hands-on training in QuickBooks.Topics include setting up company files, creating a chart of accounts, adding customers, jobs, and vendors, recording expenses, creating invoices, receiving payments, reconciling bank accounts, and generating financial reports. Students will gain practical experience navigating QuickBooks and using its core features to support business financial management.
During this class, students will use QuickBooks Online and will have access to a computer in the classroom. Students are also welcome to bring their own laptop if preferred.
