In this episode you will learn how to make sushi rolls. Learn how to make sushi rice and then properly cut and prepare fresh raw fish and make a variety of sushi rolls.
Menu: Participants get to make their choice of classic rolls like California, Volcano, Spicy Tuna, Dragon, hand rolls, and inside out rolls, or create a new flavor combination with the ingredients on hand - the possibilities are endless!
