Are you too dependent on the opinions of others?
Does self-sabotage sometimes get in the way of developing meaningful connections?
What if you could quieten down all the noise and change the story you tell yourself by learning not to take anything personally?
In this gathering, we will:
✨ Slow our minds through meditation and mindfulness practice
✨ Share authentically with other men and support one another in a sharing circle
✨ Explore the Second Agreement from Don Miguel Ruiz’s The Four Agreements, rooted in Toltec teachings, through interactive activities
We’ll finish with our much-loved informal mingle, creating space to foster friendships and genuine connection. 💚
A little heads up: Our new venue is smaller, so we can accommodate only 15 participants.
