Join us for a **sensual yoga class** and **social** on **Sunday, October 4th** from **3:45-5:45pm at Third Door Brooklyn (Dumbo)**. Our **3:45pm yoga class** will be taught by **Liana**, a Black queer & trauma informed yoga instructor. You can expect **slow and somatic movements** meant to deepen your connection to your body and life force energy. **DJ Mars Motion** will be spinning **Konpa R&B** to set the vibes for class. **Please give yourself enough time to travel and arrive on time to minimize disruptions.** **Mats and blocks will be provided.**Afterwards, stay back for our **social at 4:45pm** with light **refreshments**, **massages by Chauvet, tarot readings by Moon** and **assisted stretch by Roux**. We're keeping this event small, **only 25 spots available**. Don't miss out!
