About this Event
Artists will take turns posing for each other during these monthly free, laid-back clothed figure drawing session. Feel free to come in your fancy clothes, your regular clothes, or even in costume. Modeling is voluntary and attendees can choose how long they want to hold a pose.
Meeting every third Sunday from 2:00-4:45pm
No drawing instruction will be provided. Artists are responsible for bringing their own drawing supplies. This event is a partnership between VALA Art Center and Pride Across the Bridge, with volunteer facilitator Uncle Jack from Wolfberry Studio LLC.
Masks encouraged to keep our community safe!
The venue is a gallery space. For the safety of the art exhibits in the gallery, and to maintain an odor-free environment, food is not allowed in the gallery. Limited consumption of packaged dry snack bars and non-alcoholic beverages in closed containers is okay. Please do your part to keep the space clean.

VALA Art Center is next to Nekter Juice Bar and across from Redmond Downtown Park! Warning: GPS might take you to the old location if you just put in VALA! Please use address “8020 161st Avenue Northeast #104 Redmond, WA 98052” or Nekter Juice Bar Redmond.
ADA Accessible entrance with small lip. Redmond Transit Center and its Park and Ride lot is within walking distance.
Please note that although this event takes place after VALA Art Center’s posted open hours, there is a non-zero chance that a member of the public who is not part of the group may walk in even if we keep the door closed.
Guidelines
- Do not photograph other attendees without their permission.
- If you make drawings other attendees with discernible features, do not post your drawings on social media without their permission.
- Do not touch other attendees or their drawings without their permission.
- Please help our host and partner VALA by keeping the space clean.
