New for Swordwind, we are doing mini tournaments instead of mock tournaments! What's the difference? These will have their own HEMA Scorecard, will be conducted more like a tournament, and the results WILL be uploaded to HEMA ratings.We will be running the Queen's Quarterly Sabre and Sidesword rulesets - to be updated 9/25.
We are accepting 18 fighters in each tournament. Registrations received after the cap will be placed on a waitlist.
Event Details
This mini tournament will be held on Sunday, October 18th, 2026 from 11:45-5:30pm at our gym - 2848 Queen City Drive Suite C Charlotte NC.
There is no registration fee for this event - everything is fully paid for by Swordwind LLC.

11:45pm: Doors Open and Setup Starts
12:30pm: Sabre Rules Briefing
1:00pm: Sabre
3:00pm: Sidesword Rules Briefing
3:30pm: Sidesword
5:00pm: Clean Up
After party held at Swordwind - there will be pizza and other party foods! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
