On Saturday, October 10, our neighbors Bio & Bistro Capitol are screening Queen Budapest at 18:10. It’s the last filmed live concert with Queen, captured during the band’s final tour with Freddie Mercury and newly restored in 4K with a new sound mix. We’re throwing our own Queen tribute evening at Oak Island Gallery the same day. Stop by for a drink before the film, come back afterwards. We’ll have Queen on the speakers and photographs from that final tour, taken by Torleif Svensson, on the walls.
Capitol’s screening and our gallery evening are separate events, but together, they make for a full evening in Queen’s honor!
