Join us for a hands-on workshop hosted in collaboration with QUBIC, Queen's Partnerships & Innovation Office, and the DDQIC. You'll get to dive into customer discovery fundamentals — like identifying users, customers, and stakeholders, conducting outreach, and validating unmet needs.
We'll also cover commercial adoption considerations such as purchasing processes, incentives, workflow disruption, switching costs, and willingness to pay. Plus, explore different business and revenue model options and learn how to test key assumptions to see if a viable commercialization model is possible.
By the end, you'll be able to apply customer and stakeholder insights to assess commercial feasibility and develop evidence-based recommendations on whether to pursue your opportunity.
