🪙 HOW DOES A QUARTER AUCTION WORK?
Never been to one before? No worries! Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ GET YOUR AUCTION PADDLES
• Admission is $5.00 and includes ONE numbered auction paddle.
• If your favorite number is still available, you can choose your paddle number!
• Bring a non-perishable food item or items and receive ONE FREE additional auction paddle.
• Additional paddles can be purchased for $1.00 each.
2️⃣ CHECK OUT THE PRIZES
We will have TONS of amazing prizes up for auction, including:
🎁 Gift cards & gift certificates
🍿 Movie Night
🐶 Pet Supplies
🔨 Tools
🍳 Pampered Chef

3️⃣ PLACE YOUR BIDS
The auctioneer will hold up a prize and announce how many quarters are required to bid.
FOR EXAMPLE:
A $25.00 Giant Food Gift Card is up for auction.
The auctioneer announces: “This is a ONE QUARTER bid.”
If you have 3 auction paddles and really want the gift card, you can put ONE QUARTER down for EACH paddle.
3 paddles = 3 quarters = 75¢
Then, hold up all 3 paddles!
4️⃣ THE DRAWING
Every auction paddle has a matching numbered ping pong ball.
All of the numbered balls are placed into one large drawing bin.
The auctioneer draws one ball.
🎉 IF THE NUMBER MATCHES ONE OF YOUR PADDLES — YOU WIN!
So, in our example, you could win a $25.00 gift card for just 75¢!
How cool is that?!
🔥WHAT IS THE “FIREBALL”
Before the auction begins, there will be an opportunity to purchase tickets for our famous YELLOW FIREBALL!
🎟️ $1.00 per ticket
🎟️ 6 tickets for $5.00
We will draw one random ticket number.
Whoever has the corresponding ticket becomes the proud owner of the FIREBALL AUCTION PADDLE!
If you are holding your Fireball paddle up during an auction and the SPECIAL YELLOW FIREBALL PING PONG BALL is drawn… YOU WIN THE PRIZE FOR FREE!
5️⃣ YOU CHOOSE HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO BID
You don’t have to bid on every prize!
YOU decide:
✔️ Which prizes you want to bid on
✔️ How many paddles you want to use
✔️ How much you’re willing to put in
Some larger or more valuable prizes may be a 2-quarter, 3-quarter, or 4-quarter bid.
The more paddles you have in play, the more chances you have to win!
