INVITATION:
Start exploring the possibilities to be ahead to get prepared for the quantum economy. You don't have to understand quantum physics to begin understanding the quantum economy. Come learn. Ask questions. Meet the leaders and people already working in the field. And begin thinking about where your business might fit.
BACKGROUND
The many recently economic and cyber security -quantum associated projects that have been introduced in the DMV region has shown that Quantum as a technology is moving from conferences and planning into physical infrastructure, hardware testing, workforce development, and commercialization capacity. It strengthens the case for our November 12 Forum discussion about where companies, including suppliers and technology businesses that are not themselves quantum-computing companies ,may eventually participate.
Quantum is now not just only a scientific frontier. It's quickly becoming a business ecosystem. You've heard about quantum computing. But what could quantum actually mean for your company, your customers, your industry, and your future business strategy?
The Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce invites business leaders, entrepreneurs, technology companies, government contractors, innovators, economic development professionals, and anyone curious about emerging technologies to an introductory Quantum Business Forum designed specifically for a non-scientific business audience.
On November 12; No quantum background is required. This is not a technical seminar on quantum physics. Instead, we'll explore the emerging economics and business ecosystem of quantum—and help companies begin asking a much more practical question: Where could my business fit?
---------------------------
What You'll Explore:
Quantum technologies are creating opportunities far beyond the companies actually building quantum computers. Join us to explore:
- The Emerging Quantum Economy — Where is the industry today, and where could it be heading?
- Markets & Customers — Which industries and government markets are beginning to explore quantum?
- Business Opportunities — Where might existing technology companies participate?
- Partnerships & Collaboration — How can companies connect with quantum firms, universities, government, researchers and other technology partners?
- Supply Chains — What products, technologies and services will an expanding quantum ecosystem require?
- Innovation — Where could your company's existing capabilities intersect with quantum?
- Entrepreneurship & Commercialization — How are ideas moving from research toward real-world applications?
- Workforce & Talent — What types of skills will the growing ecosystem need?
- Strategic Planning — Why should companies begin learning about quantum now, even if they aren't ready to enter the market?
---------------------------
Learn From People Already in the Industry
Hear directly from two business practitioners working in different areas of the quantum industry, along with a quantum market/ecosystem expert who will put the emerging industry into perspective.
Rather than highly technical presentations, speakers will share their Experiences • Perspectives • Lessons Learned • Business Models • Customers • Partnerships • Opportunities • Challenges.
We'll then bring our panelists together for a practical moderated conversation:
“Where Could My Company Fit?” We'll explore real-world scenarios for technology companies, cybersecurity firms, manufacturers, government contractors, professional-service firms and other businesses interested in understanding where their existing capabilities could intersect with this emerging field.
---------------------------

This forum is particularly appropriate for: Investor of all technology companies • Small and emerging businesses • Government contractors • Cybersecurity firms • AI and software companies • Advanced manufacturers • Engineering firms • Entrepreneurs • Academia and the schools • Economic development professionals • Business leaders • Innovation organizations • Professional- consulting service firms.
