📚 Meem is starting a book club! Qisasna (قصصنا) is our own modern take on 2a3det el qahwa — a space where we come together to exchange our own meanings, perspectives and experiences around the stories we read.
We’ll be reading books that reflect us — centering queer Arab voices but also venturing out to other books by Arab authors every now and then.
If you’ve been looking to read more or want people to talk to about the books you love (or the ones that didn’t quite hit the mark) — yalla join!

ميم تورونتو راح تبدأ نادي قراءة! "قصصنا" هي مساحة بنجتمع فيها حتى نتكلم ونشارك أفكارنا حول القصص اللي بنقراها. أعتبروها نسخة معاصرة من قعدة القهاوي زمان.
راح نقرأ كتب ممكن نشوف نفسنا فيها، فنركّز على أصوات عربية كويرية وأحياناً راح نقرأ لكتّاب عرب أخرى بشكل أوسع.
