Join our first Qigong Workshop hosted by Wabi Sabi Studio! Holistic wellness teacher and local Qigong Master Mark Reinhart will be leading the Eight Pieces of Brocade.
Each of the eight movements concentrates on a specific physiological system while synchronously working the whole body. This constructs a practice that is both focused and comprehensive.
