Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is a moving meditative practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The gentle, slow movements, coupled with long, deep breathing, dissolve blockages, move and tonify energy in the energetic rivers throughout our bodies. When our energy moves smoothly and freely, our bodies wisely return to homeostasis - and allow healing to begin.
An amazing alternative to acupuncture (no needles involved!), Qigong helps us relieve daily or chronic stress and become more embodied. Qigong has been studied for stress relief, sleep support, chronic illnesses, mental well-being, and physical balance, amongst others.
In this Qigong popup, we will flow for an hour and then rest deeply in savasana. Here, you are welcome to receive Reiki and light language blessings, to allow the energy to integrate. Emerge rejuvenated and nourished!
Beginners and participants of all ages are welcome. Modifications can be offered for greater ease.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and dress comfortably (loose clothing is best.)

Elizabeth Beaudry is a Reiki Teacher, Galactic healer, certified Qigong instructor and intuitive (as we all are.) She believes that ultimately the spiritual path is about deeper levels of embodiment, of our spiritual selves into Earthly life. Her classes and private sessions reflect this mindset, offering channeled guidance on energetic practices and individualized tools for contentedness and life improvement.
