About this Event
Join accredited Qigong instructor and certified THAC Tea Sommelier, Anna Pergola in exploring the complementary practices of tea tasting and Qigong. Like the preparation and appreciation of fine tea, the human vital energy force (Qi ) reveals its essence through cultivated conditions, gentle timing and repeated awakening. The relaxed rituals presented in each session will feature premium full-leaf tea with a focus on attentive preparation and sensory awareness coupled with a gentle Qigong practice to refine and guide the Qi.
