Explore Dolores Cannon-inspired group regression with Wava, QHHT practitioner, at Aset Yoga Center. Choose Nov. 29 or 30, 2–5 PM.
About this Event

Join me at Aset for a group regression experience inspired by the work of Dolores Cannon, creator of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®).

Through guided relaxation and visualization, you’ll turn your attention inward and explore the images, impressions, and insights that arise. This experience offers space for curiosity, personal reflection, and connection with your inner wisdom.

What to expect

  • An introduction to the process and time for questions.
  • Guided relaxation and regression exploration.
  • Time to write about your experience.
  • Optional sharing and group reflection.

Everyone experiences guided regression differently. You may notice vivid imagery, feelings, subtle impressions, or a quiet sense of knowing. No previous experience is needed.

Your facilitator

Wava is a Licensed Professional Counselor, QHHT practitioner, and light worker.

Choose either date

November 29 or November 30th from 2–5 p.m on both days. The same experience is offered on each date; attend the day that works for you.
