About this Event
Most Maryland investors stall out waiting on a lender or saving up for the next down payment. The ones who keep buying know how to fund deals with 0% business credit instead.
This is a free, in-person Q&A night with Drexell Valiplackal, founder of Zero Percent Investor. Bring your real questions about funding your next rental, flip or rehab.
What we'll cover:
- How business credit works and why it's different from personal credit
- What lenders look for before they approve you
- How investors use 0% intro periods to cover down payments, rehab and closing costs
- The most common mistakes that get applications denied
Who this is for:
- Real estate investors in Maryland, new or experienced
- Anyone who owns an LLC, or plans to set one up, and wants more buying power
