On behalf of the NAVWAR Contracts Industry Council (CIC), registration is now open for the Q4 2025 Quarterly Business Opportunities Brief (QBOB),taking place during Navy Gold Coast. This quarter, NAVWAR CIC is also hosting a no-cost event—the 1NAVWAR Small Business Industry Fair—immediately following QBOB. The fair will have leaders from PEO C4I’s 11 program and front offices.
NAVWAR's Quarterly Business Opportunities Briefs (QBOBs) are held each quarter to give industry stakeholders insight into upcoming acquisition priorities, challenges, and alignment with the Navy’s strategic vision. Each event is led by the NAVWAR Contracts Industry Council, a government-industry collaborative forum focused on strengthening transparency and partnership across the acquisition lifecycle.
