About this Event
Twice each year, Q Shelter hosts Regional Representatives from our state-wide network to discuss place-based housing and homelessness challenges, and opportunities specific to their regions.
The agenda is based on registrant feedback and we look forward to welcoming all participating regions and representatives from housing and homelessness services across the state.

Tuesday 10th November 2026
Regional Forum Day One
Time: 9:30am – 4:45pm
Annual General Meeting followed by End Of Year Celebration (separate registration)
Time: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
The AGM will commence promptly at 5:30pm and conclude at 6:30pm
Wednesday 11th November 2026
Regional Forum Day Two
Time: 8:30am – 11:45am
The Forum continues with hot breakfast for all attendees then morning tea, where we'll be joined by executives from the Department of Housing and Public Works.
Followed by Q Shelter CEO & Leaders’ Forum with Lunch (separate registration)
Time: 12:00 – 3:30pm
Q Shelter will email Regional Forum delegates their access code to register for free.

- For regional representatives, Tuesday 10th November is the subsided night of accommodation.

Venue and parking
- The hotel offers discounted secure, undercover car parking for $20 per day. To redeem this offer please get your voucher at the Q Shelter registration desk when you arrive
- Overnight parking is $30 per night
- Parking includes 2 charging bays for Tesla electric vehicles.
- Parking access is via Leichardt Street or Wickham Terrace.
- Onsite parking may fill up due to the number of people attending this event. Backup options are street parking surrounding and St Andrews Place, Spring Hill (Secure parking) 33 North St, Spring Hill
