Fancy making something you’ll actually want to wear?
In this relaxed 3-hour sewing workshop, you’ll learn how to make your own pair of comfortable pyjama shorts from start to finish.
This workshop is designed for beginners, so you don’t need to be an experienced sewist. I’ll guide you through each stage, from understanding your pattern and preparing your fabric to sewing your shorts together and adding an elasticated waistband.
You’ll learn how to:
- Understand and follow a simple sewing pattern
- Measure and cut your fabric accurately
- Sew seams and finish your edges
- Create an elasticated waistband
- Use your sewing machine safely and confidently
- Troubleshoot common sewing mistakes
- Take your finished pyjama shorts home with you!
Small class, plenty of support
With just 4 people in the class, there’s plenty of time to ask questions and get individual support when you need it. No rushing, no sewing snobs and definitely no pressure to get everything perfect!
All you need to bring is yourself — everything else is provided.
