About this Event
Purses for a Purpose is Wood Lane Residential Services annual fundraiser held each year in the fall. The "Ghouls Night Out" is Halloween themed and encourages guests to dress up in costumes. All funds raised during the auction directly benefit our residents with disabilities. WLRS is a non-profit and therefore is appreciative of the support of events like these that raise funds to directly better the lives of our individuals and to give them the opportunities that they deserve. Games, raffles, auctions, a costume contest, and so much more all are part of the evening. Each person that has a ticket to the event is entered in our purse drawings that are held throughout the evening. This is not a purse bingo event. Jerry Anderson hosts the event and makes it a dynamic evening!
