Purpose+Profit Retreat is a two-day, all-inclusive retreat for small business owners who are ready to step away from the day-to-day demands of the business and create more clarity, strategy, profitability, and connection. This retreat is happening October 30 and 31 in St. Charles, MO, and is hosted by Becky Kotzer, founder of Purpose+Profit, and Sandy Lundstrom, owner of Masonic Beehive.
If you are a business owner who has been wearing all the hats, feeling pulled in a million directions, second-guessing your next move, or trying to grow without a clear plan, this retreat was created with you in mind.
Over two intentional days, you will have space to step back, look honestly at your business, reconnect with your purpose, and work on the strategies that can help you grow more profit.
You will walk away with:
✔ More clarity and direction for your business
✔ Practical profit strategies you can implement right away
✔ Greater confidence around your next steps
✔ Meaningful connection with other small business owners
✔ Hands-on training with Becky’s Purpose+Profit program, a daily operating system designed to help you manage the finances inside your business
✔ Support, encouragement, and space to work on the business instead of just staying busy in it
This is not a giant conference or a surface-level networking event.
It is a limited-seat retreat designed to help business owners step back, get honest, focus on what matters, and build a stronger connection to both purpose and profit.
All-inclusive experience includes lodging, meals and snacks, workshops and training, connection and community, planning tools, retreat swag, and time to relax and recharge.
Spaces are limited.
