# PURO RD — 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY**ATL, we made it to one year. 🇩🇴**
What started as a simple idea to bring a little piece of home to Atlanta has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined — a community built around the familiar sounds, energy and culture of the Dominican Republic, Washington Heights and Dyckman.
So for our **1 Year Anniversary**, we're going bigger.
This is the biggest PURO RD we've planned yet, one full afternoon celebrating the music, food, people and little things that make our culture feel like home.
The Colmado/Bodega vibes. A Tía's house party. Dominoes hitting the table. Bachata, Merengue, Dembow and Típico loud enough that you hear it before you walk in.
And most importantly, **all of y'all who have helped turn PURO into what it is over this first year.**
Come ready to dance, connect, eat, shop, hit your *Capicúa* at the domino table and celebrate with us.
Dominican, Dominican-at-heart, or just somebody who loves the culture, **you don't have to be Dominican to party with us. You just have to come ready to have a good time.**
PURO RD is an all-ages, family-friendly event. Guests under 18 must attend with a ticketed adult. Alcohol service is strictly 21+ with valid physical ID 🇩🇴❤️

We're celebrating one year with our biggest lineup yet.
**VITILLAZ (1pm-3pm)**\
Starting the afternoon the way PURO knows how.
**FLOW TIPICO — LIVE (3pm-4pm)**\
A full **8-piece Típico band** bringing the sound of the island to Block & Drum.
**DJ MEGAJAY — HEADLINER (4pm-6pm)**\
Closing out our anniversary and taking us all the way home. 🇩🇴

We're bringing more than music to the anniversary.
Come hungry for **Zona Caribbean**, stop through our **PURO RD Merch Marketplace**, grab your people for the **photo booth**, find a domino table, and expect a few more anniversary surprises throughout the afternoon.
We're turning one year of PURO into one big Dominican family function.

**KIDS 13 & UNDER — FREE ❤️**\
PURO is for the familia too. Children ages 13 and under receive complimentary admission with a ticketed adult. **A separate Kids Ticket is required for each child, and children must remain accompanied by their adult while attending the event.**
**Guest admission is limited and ticket sales will close once we reach capacity.**
## 👨👩👧👦 AGE + ID POLICY
We want the whole family to be able to celebrate with us. Here's what you need to know:
**AGES 13 & UNDER**\
Free with a reserved Kids Ticket and must remain accompanied by a ticketed adult.
**AGES 14–17**\
Regular paid admission ticket required and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
**AGES 18–20**\
Regular paid admission ticket required. No adult accompaniment required. No access to alcoholic beverages.
**AGES 21+**\
Regular paid admission ticket required. A **valid physical government-issued ID** is required to purchase or consume alcohol.
**Photos, screenshots or copies of IDs will not be accepted for alcohol service.**
🪪 BEFORE YOU PULL UP
A few things so everybody gets through the door smoothly:
- **No outside beverages.**
- PURO RD is a **non-smoking environment** — no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes.
- **No re-entry.**
- Please have your **ticket/QR code ready** when you arrive.

**FREE PARKING:**\
Walmart underground garage — approximately a 3-minute walk via the Rail Trail under the Clairmont bridge.
Additional free parking is available at **Keswick Park**, with limited street parking on **McGaw Dr.**
