You'll learn time-efficient, high-impact techniques to create seamless blends, enhance blonde results, and drive client retention with value-added services. Through a hands-on workshop, you’ll leave inspired and ready to reimagine what balayage can be in today’s salon environment.

• Hybrid Balayage Techniques: Discover advanced approaches that deliver clean, bright blondes with minimal effort

• Adaptable Placement: Learn fast, efficient placement options that add value and upgrade services with ease

• Wet-on-Wet Balayage: Explore this creative technique for refreshing colour and creating soft transitions

• Toning as a Business Tool: Learn how to keep clients returning between major appointments with strategic toning services that boost vibrancy and extend colour longevity

• Duration: Full-day 9:30am-4:30pm

• Structure: Hands-on practical workshop with supporting theory, model required at 12:30pm

• Clips, combs, brushes, and personal styling tools

• Medium-length hair (approx. mid-back). Time restraints do not allow for exceptionally long hair.

• Previous lightening is acceptable.

• Hair must be in suitable condition for further blonding services.

• No colour correction work (e.g., banding removal, box dye removal, extreme unevenness).

• No recent chemical services (e.g., recent perm/relaxer/Nano)

• Hair must be clean, dry, and free from heavy product buildup on the day.

• Model must be comfortable sitting for the full session duration (3-4 hours)

IMPORTANT: It is the attendee’s responsibility to perform a skin sensitivity test 48 hours before the colour application. Your model must sign the provided on site model release consent form provided on the day.
