Calling all dog moms and Pilates lovers 🐾✨

If you love a good workout and can’t get enough of your pup, this is the experience you’ve been waiting for. Pups & Pilates is all about movement, connection, and playful moments—bringing together like-minded women who love wellness and their dogs just as much.

Important: A select number of attendees will be able to bring their own dog. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, dogs must meet our size guidelines.

Info: We will introduce ourselves and welcome everyone into the space.

Info: Our instructor, Melisa, will go through a guided pilates class where she will begin with light stretches and go into a full body experience. Please take time for yourself to play with the puppies and take plenty of breaks.

Info: This is the real fun! Those who signed up for the VIP experience will start with their IV infusions. All of the girlies will have a chance to get a B12 shot, explore their goodie bags, take cute pics, and enjoy a matcha. Meet a new puppy friend and a new workout buddy all in the same event.
