Puppy Yoga for a Cause: A Morning of Connection & SupportIn Partnership with Dog Rescue R Us
Date: Saturday, October 17th, 2026
Time: 9 am - 10 am
Location: The Desert Hippie & Co. | 2101 W Wadley Ave, Ste 42, Midland, TX
Cost: $35 (100% of proceeds go directly to the rescue)
Slow down. Breathe. Open your heart.
Sometimes, the best way to care for ourselves is to clear our minds and share our space with those who need a little extra love.
Join us inside the shop for a lighthearted morning of movement, community, and the pure joy that animals bring into our lives. This isn’t a rigid or intense workout class, it’s an opportunity to ground yourself, smile a little bigger, and connect with some incredibly sweet, adoptable puppies from Dogs Rescue R Us.
While you stretch and breathe on your mat, these pups will be free to roam the room, explore, and look for a warm lap to curl up in. It’s a gentle, uplifting morning designed to fill up your own cup while making a direct, meaningful impact on local animals waiting for their forever homes.
🐾 Where Your Support Goes
Every dollar from your ticket purchase goes straight to Dogs Rescue R Us.
Your contribution directly funds medical care, full bellies, and safe shelter for these dogs while they wait for their second chance. Rescue volunteers will be on-site during the event, so if you happen to fall in love with a puppy on your mat, you can chat with them directly about adoption, fostering, or volunteering opportunities.
Event Details & Guidelines
Because the safety and comfort of the puppies is our top priority, we are keeping this gathering small and intimate. Space is strictly limited, and pre-registration is required.
+ What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle.
+ Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled on your mat before the puppies join us.
+ Shop for a Cause: If you choose to stay after class to browse our handmade herbal blends, ritual items, or curated goods, a portion of the shop’s retail sales during the event will also be donated directly to the rescue.
