Come flow with a pack of adoptable puppies at Lighthouse Community Yoga — and help a local rescue while you're at it.
This Saturday, August 22, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, Kitten Paws and Downward Dogs brings our puppy yoga class to Portland as part of National Dog Day weekend, benefitting ARK Rescue. For one hour, you'll move through gentle, all-levels yoga while real, adoptable puppies weave through the mats. No yoga experience required — just a willingness to be interrupted mid-downward-dog.
Kitten Paws and Downward Dogs is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has raised $125K+ for animal rescues across 100+ events and nine years, with 24+ rescue partners. We work only with rescues, never breeders, because every puppy in the room deserves a home, not a price tag.
Net proceeds from this event go directly to ARK Rescue.
Doors open at 2:45 PM. Ages 12+. Tickets are transferable but non-refundable. It's a small room, so grab a friend and book together.
