Celebrate Mean Girls Day with puppies, yoga, and an unreasonable amount of cuteness.
The Hub is inviting an instructor from Equinox San Ramon to bring you a beginner-friendly yoga class that's less about perfect poses and more about having fun while adoptable puppies from Contra Costa Animal Services roam, play, cuddle and occasionally derail your downward dog.
Light refreshments will also be provided.
The event will kick off with a 45-minute yoga class and then transition into a 30-minute open-format play session with the puppies. Both modes of the event will support healthy puppy socialization and will help build their confidence in an unfamiliar environment.
No yoga experience required - just bring your mat, your besties, wear pink if you're feeling fetch, and get ready for a seriously cute class.
Because on October 3rd, the puppies decided, yes, you can sit with us.
