PUNK LUREX OK (Tampere):

Melodic Finnish punk rock since 1993
#PunkLurex is a '77-style Finnish punk rock band with strong, catchy melodies and female vocals. The song lyrics criticize societal injustice and support such things as environmental and animal protection, tolerance, equality and an active civic participation.
Tiina Wesslin and Riitta Suojanen founded Punk Lurex in the city of Tampere, Finland 1993 with Jyrki Siukonen and Juha Helminen who were ex members of legendary Finnish Kollaa Kestää -punk band from the late 70's and early 80's. The current line-up (2024) is Tiina Wesslin (bass, vocals), Markku "Piise" Viippo (guitar, backing vocals), Jari "Kukka" Kukkaisniemi (guitar) and Markus "Saastis" Saastamoinen (drums).
Punk Lurex has released one single, 8-song EP, five full length records and a co-ep with British #Adverts-legend #TVSmith. Punk Lurex and TV Smith have also been touring together several times in Finland and also in Russia.
The latest LP "Uusi suunta" was released in 1st of November 2024. All the records have been published by Jukka Junttila and his small label Hiljaiset levyt. Some of them has been released also in Germany via #TeenageRebelRecords.
GRIPPERS (Madrid):

#Grippers was formed in 2014 in Madrid. After the release of the first album through the label Potencial Hardcore, Grippers travel to UK to play in Blackpool at #RebellionFestival two consecutive years (2017 and 2018) thanks to the Manchester label STP Records, which is interested in the group and releases some limited copies of the first work. The second album, Black Tears, comes out in 2020 with the problem of not being able to present it except for a concert with the band Kaos Urbano in Madrid. Currently and after having to cancel some concerts during the pandemic in the UK and Germany, they return to the Resurrection Fest 2022. The band is active again, on tour since 2023 with concerts in London and Madrid and with dates scheduled in Portugal, Germany, Euskadi and more dates to be confirmed. Grippers will present their new album, “Complicity is a Weapon”, released in vinyl format this 2024 by the label Potencial Hardcore.
TRAPPENTROI (München):
