every year at Halloween, hams in New York will park near I-90 bridges to watch for evildoers throwing things off bridges. It's managed by the state police, and involves dozens of ham radio clubs and hundreds of volunteers. Contact your local radio club. arrl.org/clubs lists most. Please don't just show up on a bridge unannounced. to sign up in monroe county - https://forms.gle/ePPTfnzGkEfeRKCQ6
