🎃 PUMPKIN CARVING PARTY & CONTEST!
Wednesday, October 28 | Barrel Proof Lounge | Downtown Santa Rosa
BYOP — BRING YOUR OWN PUMPKIN!
We're getting our hands dirty this Halloween!
Barrel Proof Lounge is hosting a Pumpkin Carving Party & Contest on Wednesday, October 28, and we're inviting Santa Rosa's most creative, twisted, and wonderfully weird pumpkin artists to come show us what they've got.
Traditional jack-o'-lanterns are great. But this is Barrel Proof. We want to see some personality!
Carve something terrifying. Make something ridiculous. Create a pumpkin masterpiece that nobody can quite explain. We're here for all of it.
🏆 THE PUMPKIN CONTEST
We'll be awarding prizes in three categories:
- 👻 SCARIEST PUMPKIN — The one that makes us question whether we should turn the lights off.
- 🎨 MOST CREATIVE PUMPKIN — Originality, imagination, and some serious pumpkin artistry.
- 🤪 WEIRDEST PUMPKIN — The stranger, the better. Make us wonder what goes on inside your head.
No professional pumpkin-carving experience necessary. Enthusiasm, questionable artistic decisions, and a good sense of humor are all welcome.
🎃 BRING YOUR OWN PUMPKIN!
Bring a pumpkin from home and make it your own.
Don't have one? We'll have a limited number of pumpkins available for purchase for $10 each, while supplies last.
Come ready to carve, create, and compete!
🕸️ PART OF WITCHY WEDNESDAYS!
The pumpkin carving party is just one part of our Halloween celebration at Barrel Proof Lounge.
We've got an entire evening of entertainment happening under the same roof:
🎶 5–7 PM | Ukulele Ramblers — Live music during Golden Hour in The Lounge.
🎤 6–9 PM | Wednesday Comedy Open Mic — Stand-up comedy in The Main Room.
🎧 9 PM–Late | DJ BRXNDO — Open-format music and dancing in The Lounge.
🎙️ 9 PM–Late | Big Stage Karaoke with Danny D — Take over The Main Room stage and sing your heart out.
🍹 Spooky Sip Specials — Halloween-themed drinks to keep the spirits flowing!
