Please be aware that the Pantry will not operate during O‑Week due to campus activities. Normal service will resume Week 1 after O‑Week.

Pulse Pantry is here to support UOW students facing financial hardship by providing free access to nutritious food and essential products. This ongoing initiative aims to reduce food insecurity, alleviate financial stress, and promote mental well-being.
How It Works:
- Every UOW student receives 10 points weekly, which can be redeemed for food and other essential items. The items in the Pantry are displayed on shelves, with each product assigned a point value instead of a dollar amount.
- All points reset weekly, so make sure to use them within the week as they do not carry over.
- The Pantry is stocked with healthy, high-quality food options, including many dietary requirement-friendly products, and items to help address period poverty.
- We proudly source stock from the Village Grocer, generous donations from community partners (like Aspire Catering & Events, Gillette, Kotex, Oz Harvest, Unanderra Box Divvy Hub & Share the Dignity), and fresh produce from the UOW community gardens.
Operating Hours & Access:
- Pulse Pantry operates during set hours. Please arrive within your ticketed time slot
- Be sure to bring your valid UOW student ID and a reusable bag to carry your items. Students must present their ID to Pulse staff and volunteers upon entry.
- Respect the line: Holding spots in the queue (for people or bags) is not permitted. Any unattended items will be relocated to the Pulse office, where you can pick them up later.
