About this Event
As the chaos of the world demands our attention, PULSE is a regular cleanse: the ritual of coming back into presence, breath and body.
PULSE LIVE at Bridge Hall: a Laguna Beach Yoga teacher, to be announced, opens the night with a guided yoga flow set to live music by PULSE, the Humane Design house band. From there the floor opens into ecstatic dance, then a restorative ambient set and small-group conversations to land it all. Sober, phone-free, no experience needed. First-timers are welcome.
