Sober, phone-free live music and ecstatic dance. A guided yoga flow, a band improvising live, sound bath. No experience needed.About this Event
As the chaos of the world demands our attention, PULSE is a regular cleanse: the ritual of coming back into presence, breath and body.
PULSE LIVE at Bridge Hall: a guest yoga teacher, to be announced, opens the night with a guided yoga flow set to live music by PULSE, the Humane Design house band. From there the floor opens into ecstatic dance, then an ambient sound bath and a facilitated integration to land it all. Sober, phone-free, no experience needed. First-timers are welcome.
Doors 5:45 PM, opening circle 6:15 PM. Bring comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind.
