Party Like It's Puglia!

Puglia - the heel of the Italian boot - has a deep tradition of pasta making. Walking through the streets of Bari or Lecce you're likely to find nonnas busting out some amazing fresh pasta using only their hands and simple, traditional tools. EVENTO is bringing that tradition to NYC and giving it a little bit of our twist, of course!
To make the evening even more special we'll be using one of Puglia's best flour makers, Molino Casillo, to make the pasta, guests will learn more about this amazing flour company which has been around for over 65 years!
Come ready to cook, eat, dance, and make a bit of a mess - but in a good way :).
