About this Event
explores Argentina’s capital as a creative laboratory where artists forged inventive visual languages in response to the city’s diverse population, rapid modernization, and complex political landscape. Anchored in the art of Grete Stern, Horacio Coppola, and their social circle, the exhibition reveals how migration and cultural exchange gave rise to new forms of modernism.
brings together new and recent works by the Los Angeles–based Colombian artist that address the interrelated issues of water and land stewardship, just energy transition, and reciprocal relationships between humans and the natural world.
Led by student educators, the Museum’s public tours encourage visitors to learn and discover through close looking, conversation, and creative engagement with artworks on view.
Free and open to the public. Please check in at the Welcome Desk when arriving for the tour.
