About this Event
📝 Event Description
What is the Bible? Where did it come from? And can we really trust what it says?
The Bible is the world's most widely read book, yet many people have questions about what it is, where it came from, and how its many books fit together.
In this opening lecture of our five-part series, we'll explore the Bible's origins, its purpose, and the remarkable unity of its message. We'll consider why the Bible claims to be a revelation from God and how its message provides the foundation for everything explored throughout this series.
This is the beginning of a journey through the Bible's message — from understanding God's Word, to knowing the God it reveals, the gospel He preached to Abraham, Jesus Christ His Son, and the hope of God's coming Kingdom.
Whether you are familiar with the Bible, have questions about it, or are simply curious to learn more, you are warmly invited to join us.
Part 1 of 5 — Introducing You to the Bible
This is the first lecture in a free five-part series presented over five Sunday evenings, with a one-week break during the series. Each lecture follows naturally from the previous one, building towards a fuller understanding of the Bible's message. You are welcome to attend individual lectures, but attending the full series will give you the complete journey.
