Notice is hereby given of an upcoming public hearing, which you may be inclined to attend. The hearing provides an opportunity for interested parties to voice their opinion on the proposed project to the Planning Commission. The input and opinions of residents and neighboring property owners provides valuable feedback to the Planning Commission, City staff, and the applicant. The following is some basic information that pertains to the project.Application Type: Conditional Use Permit:
The additional use of land, structures or both that may be allowed with certain restrictions and conditions as deemed necessary by the Planning Commission.
Summary: The request is to allow a Manufacturing – Light use to operate at 60 Bush Street. The Land Use and Development Code defines Manufacturing – Light as an industrial use that includes the “warehousing and wholesaling of consumer products” and “businesses that provide products for support of other businesses”. Within the Downtown zoning district, a Manufacturing – Light use requires a Conditional Use Permit.
Location/Site Plan: The property is generally located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Bush Street and South 1st Avenue.

Reviewing Bodies: The Planning Commission makes the final determination to approve or deny the request after a Public Hearing (details below) has been held.
