A neighborhood church has submitted plans to build a 100 unit men's residential facility on their property on Cole Road inside the Winstead Park area. Anyone with concerns about the rezoning issue can provide their testimony in one of two ways:ONLINE: Visit the City's website: https://www.cityofboise.org/CityWideContactForm?contactId=21465 Type out your message and include all your contact info. You must mention "Record CAR24-00018" and the address of the project, 2823 N COLE RD.
ATTEND THE MEETING: November 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Boise City Hall, 150 N Capitol Blvd.
Comments on Facebook do not count as testimony and will not go into the City's official records about the project. To provide your comment, you must write to the City or go to the meeting.
