Public Eye Soar 2026 returns on November 6 & 7, 2026 from 6pm-10pm at Gulf Coast State College in Panama City, Florida. This event is FREE, Family Friendly and features 100s of original art works by 100s of local, national and international artists projected on the outside of the buildings on campus at GCSC. Interactive activities, live entertainment, projection mapping, immersive installations and a few surprises you don't want to miss! Make plans to attend so you can say "I helped create a Public Eye Soar!" Art Submissions open July 1, 2026.
