Think less sitting and listening, more checking things off your list: finding a fundraiser, meeting vendors who understand PTOs (hello, holiday shops, assemblies, and spirit wear), picking up volunteer tips, and finally figuring out what’s going to work for your school. It’s busy tables, real conversations, and those “wait…why didn’t we do this sooner?” moments—plus a chance to win fun prizes along the way.
