Info: The Lead X Experience begins with an interactive workshop designed to help participants understand how personal growth and professional performance are interconnected. We are not two different people—the person and the professional operate from the same internal operating system.
Together, we will explore how identity, mindset, psychology, behavior, strategy, and execution influence the way we respond, lead, communicate, make decisions, and perform. The session will include reflection, discussion, and practical application to help participants recognize what may be operating behind the scenes.
